I religiously watch the Grammy’s. I don’t know – it’s just a thing. Anyways, I thought that I would pick out some of the best and worst dressed from the red carpet according to me. To start – my absolute fave!
Taylor Swift in Kaufman Franco – love it. I cannot WAIT to see her at the rodeo on March 20th. I am such a big fan and not ashamed to admit it.
Audrina Patridge in Tadashi – not really loving the hair but she is rocking the red lip. I think that neckline is crazy flattering too! And I love the color. Secretly, I just want the Hills to come back on.
Leann Rimes in Philosophy – though I’m not liking the beachy hair with this dress, I really like the color, cut, length, belt detail, and shoes. Whatever happened to her anyways?
Okay, and just one hate, but seriously, what was she thinking???
M.I.A. in what, tennis shoes? I mean, I think Kala is a great album but what? Uggh. She should have given me her ticket to the award show…
Oscar nominations were announced today… eh. Some surprises, but as a whole, pretty uneventful. Dark Knight, Leo, and Kate Winslet (for Revolutionary Road) were totally snubbed! And really? I am so pumped for Speidi and Kim Kardashian on HIMYM tonight that I thought I would share one of my favorite NPH moments (singing about Ted’s sister, Heather):
“You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” -Galatians 3:26-28
"Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts." -Isaiah 26:8
"Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God." -Romans 5:1-2
